SERVICE + INFORMATION

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
We ask that you arrive on Sunday at approx. 5 pm. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11 am. We would be happy to arrange transfer from the airport (Euro 27.-) or train station (Euro 22.-) upon request.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
At the end of your stay, you receive a total invoice for all services. We accept all credit cards and Eurocheck cards. We also accept payment via bank transfer to our account 1042399 at RAIKA Igls, BLZ 36000, IBAN: AT 773600000001042399, BIC: RZTIAT 22 or in Germany to account 10 030 724 at RLB Tirol Branch Jungholz, BLZ 73362500.

YOUTH DISCOUNTS
For children and youth up to the age of 16 who stay in their parents’ room, the cost of accommodation is reduced by 50% per night; there is no discount for medical treatments. Children as of age 7 are accepted.

WAITING LIST
If we are unable to confirm your reservation for a particular arrival date, there is still hope. On a first-come, first-served basis, we will add your name to our waiting list and inform you if a reservation becomes available.

FOR OUR ANIMAL LOVERS
Because of hygiene and sanitary regulations as well as the increasing frequency of allergies, it is not possible to house dogs in our facilities.

REIMBURSEMENT OF TREATMENT COSTS
In our experience, natural healing treatments are not reimbursed by health insurance systems or governmental aid system. You receive a statement for submitting to your private insurance itemizing all treatments for which there is a billing code in the official medical scale of charges and fees. Lanserhof invoices services to and receives payment from the guest directly.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For reserved rooms which are not cancelled 4 weeks in advance of the arrival date, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% for booked services, insofar as the room cannot be filled by another guest. In the case of premature departure, it is not possible for us to offer a reduction in fees.

ACCOMMODATION AND PRICES
Prices are per person, per day, including taxes and fees. For one-night stays or additional nights without a medical programme, we charge EURO 280,– (single), EURO 255,– (double) per person/day.
Package bookings are charged in full, also in the event of premature departure.
